About Our Hertford Clinic

The Hertford Clinic is one of The London Centre’s specialist satellite clinics, local spaces outside London where longstanding, highly experienced members of our team offer in-person care, supported by our wider multidisciplinary structure in London.

This satellite model allows children, young people, and families across Hertfordshire to access specialist treatment locally, while benefiting from our full London-based multidisciplinary team (psychiatry, dietetics, OT), our clinical governance framework, NICE-aligned treatment pathways, and the continuity of care that comes from a cohesive, expert-led service.

Our Hertford Lead Clinician – Dr Hayley Dolan, BSc (Hons), MSc, PG Cert, DClinPsy

Specialist Clinical Psychologist & Child and Adolescent Lead
Dr Hayley Dolan is an HCPC-registered Specialist Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience in NHS and private mental health settings, working across child, adolescent, and adult services. She is passionate about early intervention, family-inclusive practice, and evidence-based treatment for eating disorders, feeding difficulties, and related psychological concerns.

Her approach is warm, collaborative, and firmly grounded in research. Dr Dolan tailors treatment to each young person and family, integrating evidence-based models such as CBT-E, FBT, and AFT-AN to support recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life.

Visiting The Hertford Clinic

The clinic is located at 5a Great Northern Works, Hartham Lane, Hertford, SG14 1QW, in the heart of Hertford. The setting is private, welcoming, and designed to support a calm therapeutic experience.

Clients can choose between in-person therapy in Hertford, or online sessions, offering flexibility for those travelling from further afield or juggling school, work, or family commitments.
